Both titles are freehold, which means you own the property.

Getting independent advice on such an important decisions is absolutely critical. So many of our clients has got some very miss leading information from display home representatives, and complete lack of real detail in the associated costs.

Advantages of Survey Strata are as follows;

  • The use of common property in site averaging (Ability to get a bigger home on the block)
  • Costs of services are spread across each block
  • The ability to overcome overhangs from current properties or intrusion to easements.
  • Reduced costs and sometimes main sewer extensions.
  • The ability to take an offer and acceptance after stage 1 subdivision approval WAPC (Western Australia Planning Commission)

 The advantages of a Green Title are as per the following;

  • The ability to take an offer and acceptance after stage 1 subdivision approval WAPV (Western Australian Planning Commission)
  • Costs of serves can be shared across each block
  • No common property. Unless you have clear setout easements that require access.
  • All service are not shared, the costs can be however each block has its own services. (Power, Water, Sewer)
