What does NHBB’s service cost?
There is no cost to you, NHBB are paid by way of commission included in the house price by the builder.
All home builders include some form of commission in their pricing structure. Normally this would be paid to the sales consultant working for the building company. But, unlike the salesman, we work for you. We’ll be right there with you through the entire build process, right up to the day you get your keys... and beyond if you need us.
As part of our transparency policy, we will happily disclose our commission to you, an offer very few other builders or brokers will match.

We believe that a policy of openness and honesty is the best way to develop the level of trust and communication needed in any successful partnership. Building a home or developing a property is no different. We know that the service we provide will ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients and represents outstanding value. Because of this we are happy to disclose our commission to any prospective clients.

NHBB can assist you in finding an independent designer and builder or help you develop your own ideas and create a home design that suits your requirements and budget.

Many of our clients bring plans to us after finding out their plans exceed their budget. NHBB can work with you to find a builder with the right skill-set who can build your design within your budget. Often we are able to better previous builder’s quotes by as much as 20%. Our process gives you back control of your build.

Builder’s margins can vary by up to 70%.
NHBB pre-negotiate fixed and fair margins with each of our builders, offering you total transparency.

With NHBB, you’re in control from the start. You’ll own your design, giving you the freedom to compare builders and choose the one that’s the right fit for you. And should circumstances change and you need to delay your build, you’re free to keep your plans until you’re ready. We’ll lay it all out for you, nothing is hidden. You’ll know the exact cost of everything up front. This knowlege allows you to make informed decisions about design and construction, ensuring your new home meets all of your lifestyle and budget requirements... That’s owning it!
