Tristan has managed some of Australia’s major building companies, both project and private. His commitment to customer service and providing market leading communication product for the home building industry has led to a role as regular Judge in the HIA Green Smart, HIA Kitchen & Bathroom Awards and the major Housing Awards. Winning multiple awards throughout his career in the housing industry, he is dedicated to improving the industry standards and practices. Tristan's vision is to provide a better way to build homes for all parties.

Anthony’s qualifications in Accounting and Finance helped start his career in building and building materials over 30 years ago when he joined BGC, culminating in being General Manager for BGC Housing. Anthony was HIA President in WA and UDIA Excellence in Developments Judge for 5 years as well as participating in many industry reform committees at a State and Federal level. Anthony also owned building company Wilson+Hart for 12 years, specialising in more complex sites and unit developments. He brings a wealth of practical, technical and financial experience to help our clients get real value from the NHBB process.

Natalie has been in the service industry for over 20 years working for a number of large national business’s and ASX-listed companies. She brings an extensive background in banking/finance and financial planning at an executive level to the NHBB team. Natalie is our Hamptons expert, gaining experience in building her own home and has a passion for this timeless style. Coupled with a detailed focus on organisation, time management, and client liaison, she will be assisting Tristan as his Executive Assistant.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Kristie harnessed her love and passion for creativity into interior design. While working for some of Perth’s most popular home builders, she completed her interior design studies at TAFE. Shortly after, she noticed a unique gap in the market; providing Perth’s smaller builders with custom prestart and interior design services. With entrepreneurial skills in her blood, Kristie has grown her business, while growing her (now) family of four. She thrives on the creativity required for her role every day, and enjoys mentoring her team and expanding ColourCube’s service offerings made available to her clients. Her intrinsic sense of style, fun, colour and innovative use of products, has led to her becoming a well-known feminine powerhouse in the interior design industry. Kristie’s talent lies in translating her client’s brief into a vision and final product that her clients didn’t think possible.

Tamlin is a qualified Interior Designer who has an innate desire to provide quality and superior spaces that exceed her client’s expectations. With over 10 years of extensive experience in the building industry. She has completed a number of unit developments, first home buyers homes, custom single and two storey builds, luxury builds and renovations. Tamlin prides herself on building client relationships based on trust, transparency and integrity. With her client centred approach, she offers a balance of creativity, collaboration and organisation, delivering detailed designs with reliable documentation, on time and within budget. Her clients are guided through every phase of the design process utilising Tamlin’s industry knowledge, contacts and passion for beautiful and functional design. She has an eye for quality, a superior sense of style and is committed to reaching the best version of her client’s vision. Tamlin is passionate about creating spaces that are sophisticated, timeless and functional.

Mel has been working in the building and design industry for over a decade. With experience in multi-residential developments, new builds and renovations, she has the knowledge and insight to deliver contemporary, functional designs. Motivated by her love for good design, she takes pride in providing the best service possible to all of her clients and in putting forward unique and creative designs. Focusing on her client's visions and helping them to see the final outcomes of a project come together is as much a joy for her as it is for her clients. Mel works hard to ensure all of her clients are given the time and advice needed to complete a project at the highest standard.

Emily is a highly motivated interior design professional who has been qualified in interior design for over 10 years. Whether she is working with builders, developers, architects, or individual clients she has always approached each project with extensive research and thoughtful creativity from concept to completion. Her skills have been utilised on many different projects including new residential builds, unit and townhouse developments and renovations. She has also worked on commercial projects including childcare centres and aged care facilities. Emily can assist with interior design concepts, prestart selections, sourcing products and materials and is adept at ensuring the specification requirements are met whilst staying within budget. She is dedicated to providing an efficient, friendly and transparent service. Studio Fazari is a culmination of years of experience combined with a love for design and the desire to create truly beautiful and unique spaces. “I think it’s amazing that somebody trusts and encompasses your vision into making their dream a reality… it’s a pretty special thing…”
