We first used NHBB for our home build in 2015. Initially NHBB provided recommendations on a residential designer who we found extremely competent and helpful. Once our design was finalised NHBB recommended a couple of builders. We chose one of those builders purely on their recommendation and because that builder was more than happy to accomodate the way that we wanted to package the whole project. The build was substantial, was completed on time and we could not be more happy with the outcome. It exceeded our highest expectation.

Since then we have used NHBB and their expertise to evaluate a couple of potential investment projects. We currently have an offer in on some land to sub divide and build three new stand alone homes and the advice that NHBB has been able to provide along with the knowledge they bring to the discussion and the accuracy of their costings has enabled us to make an informed decision and obtain some considerable cost savings not only through their tender process via pre selected builders but also their knowledge of how to make savings relating to our specific project including how we can use our site most effectively without diminishing the overall quality of what we are aiming to achieve.
