Luxury Style Home - Perth

Our original builder went into bankruptcy just as our plans were in council for approval! We lost quite a lot of money and were very unsure about choosing a new builder, not knowing who we could trust. We were recommended to speak to Tristan Kirkham from NHBB. From our very first meeting, that same evening felt immediately reassured we could move forward with our build. He helped us deal with the very difficult situation of copyright for our plans and at the same time put our plans out to tender with 3 different builders who have worked with NHBB before. Tristan then stepped back allowing us to meet with Perth builders and make our own decision on which one to go with. That, in itself, was a very tough decision as they were all exceptionally good!

Tristan attended all our important meetings with our chosen builder and kept a close eye on each stage of the building process. He has a great knowledge and experience of the building industry and helped move things along at a good pace. His eye for detail is incredible and he picked up many things we would have missed. Tristan was able to liaise with the builder on our behalf at times when we needed some extra support. He was only ever a phone call away and having NHBB share the journey with us, made all the difference.
