A huge thank you to Tristan Kirkham and NHBB for their invaluable advice, time and assistance in helping us decide not to build. From the very beginning Tristan was trying to best advise us relevant to our current house and it's circumstances. (Extending our current home on a block due for rezoning would have wasted us a lot of money for us).

It was most refreshing that rather than try to create a sale, Tristan best advised us to sell and buy. Putting our best interests at heart not his, and blindly trying to best help us.
