Custom Mid Century Modern - City Beach

I wish to say how pleased I am having gone thru New Home Building Brokers to build my new home. I wanted to build an investment property and due to the block shape and council set backs I couldn’t find a Perth project home to fit. In retrospect luck was on my side that no project home fitted, as I ended up with a beautiful modern home that is unique and fitted the block and our requirements perfectly without compromise.  It was comparable in price to the project homes we were looking at but the building journey and the finished result was far superior.

Tristan and his company were very professional in listening to our requirements and finding us a house designed to fit our requirements. The Perth house designer was perfect and after just one meeting and listening, he came back with a plan that meet 99% of our requirements and only required a bit of tweeting around the edges. The next step was to find a builder and here Tristan came to the for and initially selected 2 interested builders who would meet our expectations. We meet both builders and decided on one builder who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole project. He was a great communicator, was onto things straight away and was easily accessible. However, I knew I was not alone in this endeavour- if I had any problem or disputes with the home builder I could ring Tristan at any time and he would negotiate on my behalf. Luckily I didn’t need this but Tristan still regularly was at the construction site to ensure the progress of the works and would ring to check I was happy with the progress. Tristan had confidence that both the designer and the builder that he chose to work with us would meet our expectation, our personality style, our budget and our requirements and he was absolutely right they both exceeded them.

I can honestly say the planning and building of my home was a positive experience, so much so that in the next few years we are looking at building a new home for ourselves, and my first port of call now would be to go to New Home Building Broker. They listen to your dreams and help you to achieve them at a realistic price.

We had never heard of a building broker before and just found it on the Internet and thought we would enquire- how lucky were we?
