Unit Development - Doubleview

To research on the current building and housing market in Perth I have had the plan and vision to develop a block located in Doubleview. I contacted New Home Building Brokers and my first point of contact was with Michael Clarke, which was back in 2010.

Will make mentioned of this as from then on Michael has been in regularly contact with me, just following up seeing where I’m at and this has been very refreshing to say the least, without the pushing  in your face approach. This has been key factor to continuing with Michael as to his professionalism and direction to date as he had some great suggestions so far and recommendations on possible options on what to do, which was “do nothing keep this block for a while and see what’s happening in 5 years”.

Apart for that we have spoken in depth on some very good strategies to developing this block over time and with his wealth of knowledge and experience in the building industry and what most folks are doing in Perth or not doing it has been very easy to make a well informed decision about building on this site.

We are progressing towards a very positive solution, which we have taken in consideration of my current work situation, family goals, future outlook of housing market in Perth and  just that fact that the block has huge potential to be a great development.

More the deciding factor has been his in depth knowledge on getting the most cost affective design (6 Star Rating) and practical layout as land orientation, building to a medium level specification and recommending his preferred builder who is flexible and has the right approach to what I want to achieve.

His assistance to date has been outstanding to really take the time and meet and exceed my expectations. I have a very high recommendation for Michael and the team and NHBB. They keep you updated as we under process to gain a positive outcome and commence building in the near future.
