NHBB's process allowed us to fully understand the challenges of building on our block and the knock down rebuild costs associated with getting the most out of it. As a demolish and rebuild there were inherent issues with neighboring properties, NHBB were instrumental in mediating and resolving the issues on our behalf.  I work FIFO so having  someone we trusted to oversee the build and keep us updated with the progress was invaluable.
