As a client of New Home Building Brokers (NHBB) we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone contemplating building. We've known Tristan Kirkham, Managing Director, from his days working at Residential Attitudes. Tristan’s knowledge, communication and genuine interest in doing the 'right thing for the client' convinced us that Tristan is somebody we want to work into the future.

When we found out that Tristan had founded New Home Building Brokers, he was the first person we called when contemplating our next project.

NHBB have been involved in the entire new home ownership process - not just building. When we mentioned to NHBB that we were thinking of building/ renovating again they were invested right from the start. Tristan was able to guide and provide a series of workable solutions - renovating or demolish and rebuild our existing property, or looking at other properties in nearby suburbs. Tristan and his team happily worked with our own design ‘wish list’ for a new home in Bedford, and helped us find the right Perth builder for our project - NHBB have been by our side the entire process.

We prefer to use a Building Broker so we don't have to worry about a 'dodgy' or inflexible builder. We felt comfortable that NHBB have 'filtered' the Perth builders they use and only engage those that they know get the job done and are easy to work with. Having previously built a few homes with Perth Builders, and dealt with the lack of inflexibility and poor service, all we can say is that so far the building process has been 100% positive!

NHBB have provided feedback along the way, this is something we really appreciate and it's like we have a Quality Assurance expert working with us during the building of our house.

When it comes to building we're not product experts - we don't know what the latest building products are and which products are value for money. NHBB are our experts and our sounding board. Many times we have a given NHBB a call or sent them an email saying "What do you think about product x?" or "What colour was used on that other build you showed me?" NHBB has taken time with us to listen and understand requirements and recommend alternatives based on knowledge of price points and practicality. This has saved us a massive amount of time and money on potential for mistake.
