A building broker is the only way to go to select a home builder to build your custom designed home. We had ours done independently and then got in contact with NHBB. Tristan made the process of tendering for & selecting a builder very easy.

He was very keen to examine our needs & wants in a builder & matched these up to 3 Perth builders; all who could of matched our requirements & expectations.  New Home Building Brokers are very knowledgeable in all aspects of building, providing a lot of helpful advice & making the selection process that much more easier.  In fact the toughest part of the process was selecting the 1 builder!

I would of thought that would be the end of Tristan's involvement in our build, but no, he was in contact every few weeks seeing how things were progressing, answered every email I had about the build process promptly, & did regular site visits to the build, providing still more tips & advise about the various stages of the build.

What we ended up with was a virtually trouble free build with a great builder who has built us our dream house.  Without a doubt I would be going straight to Tristan again should we build again.
