Luxury Two Storey Home Corner Block

When my husband and I decided to begin the process of looking at builders for our new home, we went down the usual road and started talking to a few project builders. Having built a few times we thought we could navigate our way through ok. We spent about six months with three different builders who all came up with a different plan to suit our sloping and difficult shaped corner block in Floreat.

Despite giving each of them our budget and wish list, the final quotes were so vastly different and in a couple of cases way over our budget. It was impossible to compare and we became completely frustrated and disillusioned with the process. We felt that were back to square one. Then on one of our Saturday morning walks around our suburb, we noticed 2 or 3 NHBB signs on blocks of new homes under construction. We were intrigued so googled them, it felt that this was the sign we were looking for!

That same day we called NHBB and spoke to Tristan who put us in touch with Michael Clarke. Michael met with us a few days later and we immediately felt completely at ease with him and confident that we were back in control and on track to build our dream home.

We can't believe how smooth the whole process has been since then. Michael was so helpful and informative of every step and constantly kept in touch with us making sure we understood exactly what was happening. His knowledge and expertise has been exceptional. He was especially helpful in dealing with our neighbours with some retaining and fencing issues. He also liaised with the Council on a couple of issues and kept us updated with the approval process.

We have just moved into our new home and we couldn't be happier with the outcome, we tell anyone who'll listen how easy NHBB made the whole process, I would recommend Tristan, Mike and the team to anyone looking to build.
