Small Lot Home Design - Mandurah

We met Michael about four years ago when looking for a block of land. He came down to Mandurah to look at a block we were considering, but then we decided not to go ahead on buying the block.
Two years later, we found another block in Mandurah and Michael was happy to come down to advise us on the block , as the shape was a little unusual. He felt the block was not a problem to build on, he also had a builder in mind and as the position of the block was what we wanted, we went ahead and bought it.

We met the builder that Michael had recommended and between ourselves, the Mandurah builder and Michael ,we designed a house to go on the block, Michael was very helpful in us designing a house within our budget.The process of building the house was flawless, due to regular updates from the builder and Michael , they both constantly kept us up to date.

The finished product was everything we had hoped for and we would have no hesitation in recommending and thanking Michael and the builder for their help and assistance.
