New Home Build Scarborough

We are so grateful that we talked to Brad before giving up on our project. We signed up a preliminary contract to build a custom home with a project builder a few months back. Things start to go downhill right after that. After a couple of meetings, we were pushed around to sign the building contract with many unanswered questions and a house plan that was compromised. At that point, we were lost, stressful and frustrated.
After losing faith to our builder, we were looking for a third party consultation to deal with the situation.
That how’s we met Brad from NHBB. Brad came to meet us in multiple occasions, listened to our problems, analyse our situations, and provide friendly, genuine and professional advice to us.
Brad went to great lengths to secure us a great builder that is flexible, experienced and clarified all our queries before signing up the preliminary contract. We are right back on track and in the process of waiting for council approval.
