Custom Individual Two Storey - East Fremantle

Having been introduced to NHBB by our Mortgage Broker in October 2011 after dealing with Perth Builders such as APG homes and also WBNhomes, we have not looked back since. I cannot recommend NHBB highly enough.

With the uncertainty of today’s market, we weren’t sure if we should sell our home in East Fremantle or knock down and rebuild. We met with the new home building consultant and after a 2 hour meeting they knew what we wanted. Within that day they had a basic custom home plan back to me which we loved and worked on from there. I was astonished of how in tuned he was with my idea’s.

NHBB recommended a great Architect and within 2 weeks we had a 2 storey house design drawn up and lodged to the East Fremantle Council. Having heard discouraging things about the lengthy process with this council we were unsure if we would get our plans through and how long it would take. We envisaged early to late February 2012 at the least.

With the New Home Building Brokers knowledge and his understanding of how the East Fremantle Council worked and with persistence, even with objections from neighbouring properties. We were successful before Xmas with signed Planning Approval.  I could not believe how fast this all had happened especially when all I had heard about the East Fremantle council was bad news.

I can’t wait for the next stage of our home building process and with New Home Building Brokers help I have no qualms about going forward, knowing I have them all the way.
