Builders Standard Plan - Hillarys

After subdividing my block in Hillarys, I wanted to build just a Perth Builders standard house plan, to fit in with the orientation to north and also my budget.

Being a tradesmen and a FIFO worker, I was keen to do lots of things myself on my trips home.

However I ran into many road blocks from builders, as they would not let me do anything myself or give me access.

I looked and dealt with both Aveling Homes and also Gemill homes and became a little frustrated.

I decided to have an appointment with NHBB to see if they could help me with my situation.

After a few appointments, NHBB came up with a solution to my problems, the standard plan from a project builder they came back with, not only suited my needs by came in on budget.

They even told me upfront what commission the builder was paying, and when they would get paid.

The home has now been handed over to me and I have lots of work to do, I am very happy with the service level and the product delivered by NHBB and the builder we selected. I am more than happy to confirm my testimonial with any of NHBB future clients.
