Without question the most exciting news I have heard at New Home Building Brokers in some years, and certainly makes building in these areas much easier. Importantly this will sort out some of these inconsistent local government town planning schemes, which have restricted Perth home builders and the community for far too long. In terms of numbers 47 per cent of additional housing over the next 20 years to be urban infill and consolidation projects.

Department of planning will require local governments to respond to community needs and have indicated they will go over and above these local governments where that's appropriate to ensure these new changes are introduced.

These changes will help people build a new home, or even subdivide a block they may not have been able to do before.

Affordability is always a key issue and this is a step in the right direction, however Perth has a long way to go to find the complete answer.

Big blocks close to main services and transport will now become sort after, and understanding your options is critical given these massive changes coming in.  if you have any questions regarding this topic or any other contact the team at New Home Building Brokers at www.nhbb.com.au. or 1300383262.
